Presentations Now Being Accepted for ESRI's International User Conference

The ESRI International User Conference will be held August 4th - 8th, 2008 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA.

ESRI software users are invited to submit 50-100 word abstracts for consideration as paper presentations at the 2008 ESRI International User Conference (ESRI UC), ESRI Education Conference (EdUC), or Survey & Engineering GIS Summit. User papers typically explore the geographic approach for managing and serving information to streamline workflows, improve services, reduce costs, and better model and communicate our world.

User presentations, organized by industry and technology tracks, are presented in moderated sessions for the benefit of the GIS community. Topics can cover any aspect of GIS including project planning, data collection, live applications, working with stakeholders, project outcomes, or next steps in serving geographic knowledge.

Wireless Internet service will be available in all session rooms for anyone who plans to demonstrate Web services or portals during their presentation.

Please take a few minutes now to submit an abstract and your contact information.

The deadline to submit is November 2nd, 2007.

All users who present their work at the ESRI UC, EdUC, or Survey & Engineering GIS Summit can have their presentations published on the Web and in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM.

If you have any questions, please e-mail the papers team at papers@esri.com or call (909) 793-2853, extension 2038.
