Student Oriented Remote Sensing & Geospatial Technologies Conference Announced in Tallahassee
Florida State University has recently announced their inaugural Remote Sensing & Geospatial Technologies Conference to be held March 28th, 2008 - March 30th, 2008 in Tallahassee, FL. Organizers hope to develop the annual conference into the "premier student-oriented GIT (Geospatial Information Technologies) conference in the Southeast and Florida."
Dr. Marguerite Madden, president of the American Society for Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing (ASPRS), will be the keynote speaker. The event will include Professional Development Workshops, Paper Presentation Sessions, and Poster Presentations.
Paper/Abstract submissions are being accepted through March 20th, 2008.
