Florida Department of Law Enforcement Adds Offender Alert System
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has added a Florida Offender Alert System to their online registry of sexual offenders and predators.
Other existing resources include a searchable online mapping application of Florida offenders and a database in which users can find out if an email address or IM name is registered to an offender or predator.
Users of the new system can sign up to receive email alerts whenever a registered offender or predator moves close to a specified address or to find out if an offender or predator you have chosen to track has updated their address information.
