GPServ Announces ArcPad 7 / GeoCollector for Mobile GIS 2 Day Course in Jacksonville & Orlando
GPServ, Inc. will be offering their ArcPad 7 or GeoCollector for Mobile GIS 2 Day Course in Jacksonville, FL on June 2nd - 3rd, 2008 and in Orlando, FL on June 5th - 6th, 2008.
This two-day Trimble and ESRI recognized course provides the conceptual overview and hands-on experience that is necessary to take full advantage of ArcPad’s mobile GIS and GPS functionality with integration into ArcGIS. Class participants will learn how to prepare data using the ArcPad Tools within ArcGIS then use the GPS functionality within ArcPad to visualize, query, create, and edit GIS data in the field. The Trimble GPScorrect extension for ArcPad will also be used to allow configuration of critical Trimble GPS receiver settings, Post-processing of GPS data using Trimble GPS Analyst Extension for ArcGIS or GPS Pathfinder Office will be covered. Although Trimble GPS equipment and software will be highlighted, any GPS platform running ArcPad is welcome.
An Extensive Class Guide is included and is yours to keep.
