Palm Beach Countywide GIS Forum to Meet This Thursday - August 21st, 2008
The Palm Beach Countywide GIS Forum will hold a meeting this Thursday, August 21st, 2008, at 10am at the Palm Beach County Vista Center complex located at 2300 N. Jog Road in West Palm Beach, FL.
The planned presentation will be a “Summary of Florida Strategic Plan for Statewide GIS Coordination”
Presenters: Martin Roche (Fugro EarthData, Inc.), Diana Umpierre (SFWMD)
This presentation will provide a summary of the Strategic Plan, including the following:
· results of workshops/ interviews conducted across the State
· overview of the main recommendations
· current status & challenges
· highlights from a recent Data Discovery Workshop
