Seminole County - Panel to study ways to join planning-related services
Seminole County's Joint Services Committee, which is looking for ways to consolidate operations between the county and its seven cities, has agreed to take a closer look at planning-related services.
A subcommittee concluded some savings could be found in such areas as contractor licensing and discipline, building inspections, standard building application forms, GIS services and training.
