Mapping the Clinton Global Initiative
The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI ) is "a non-partisan catalyst for action bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges."
These challenges include worldwide areas of concern within Education, Energy/Climate Change, Global Health, and Poverty Alleviation.
A mapping application was developed using Microsoft Live Maps to "highlight issues worldwide and humanitarian efforts under way." Red Markers indicate CGI member commitments, while black markers indicate areas of opportunity in over 100 countries.
