Mapping Foreclosures
The Palm Beach Post published an article entitled, "Loan Defaults in the Area Topped $1 Billion Over Six Months", in Sunday's newspaper to detail the fact that the housing boom risk was not greater than the mortgage collapse reward. This is fairly easy to state in hindsight, but why not map it out for readers to see for themselves.
Christine Stapleton and Christopher Smith did just that for the Palm Beach Post by mapping out Pre-Foreclosures Filings for the time period of January 1st, 2007 - July 1st, 2007.
