Culpepper and Terpening Starts GIS Division
Culpepper and Terpening Inc., a Ft. Pierce-based engineering and surveying firm, has announced that they have hired Travis Gibbons to develop and implement a GIS Division for their firm.
Mr. Gibbons was previously a planning administrator and GIS specialist with the City of Ft. Pierce prior to joining Culpepper & Terpening.
