Polk County's Holiday Lights Map Featured on the Google Lat Long Blog
If you're looking for holiday lights in Polk County area, visit the Holiday Light Displays: 2007 Map
The map was created by staff from The Ledger Newspaper and shows the locations of some of Polk County's best displays of holiday lights. Users can add the location of their own holiday display by logging into Google and clicking "Edit" on the map.
The Google mash-up was recently featured on the Google Lat Long Blog under a story entitled "Mapping at the Speed of Light".
