What's UpNext?
Fans of big cities, sketch-up style buildings, and mapping applications should check out UpNext. It is "the new and exciting way to explore and discover your city."
Very fast pan, zoom, and rotate features with parcel-like detail. Click on any building to see a directory listing of commercial/retail tenants with address, telephone and reviews for each business. It appears that the application is currently only available for Manhattan.
They have also recently launched the UpNext application for FaceBook.
