2008 FEMA Emergency Management Institute Course Schedule Released

Per a recent post on the Florida HAZUS User Group (FLHUG), the FEMA Emergency Management Institute (EMI) has released their schedule for the National HAZUS-MH Training Courses.

HAZUS-MH is a powerful risk assessment software program for analyzing potential losses from floods, hurricane winds and earthquakes. In HAZUS-MH, current scientific and engineering knowledge is coupled with the latest geographic information systems (GIS) technology to produce estimates of hazard-related damage before, or after, a disaster occurs.

The regularly scheduled, 3½-day HAZUS-MH Training Courses will be held at the National Emergency Training Center located at:
