FDEM Posts Updated Baseline Specifications for Orthophotography and LiDAR Data
The Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) has posted updated Baseline Specifications for orthophotography and LiDAR data collection for publicly funded projects within Florida.
The specifications will assist a variety of Florida agencies and organizations in successfully acquiring high-resolution coverage for specified areas of interest and minimize the chance of duplicate funding expenditures for individual projects.
Agencies involved in the develop of the baseline specifications include: the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Florida Water Management Districts, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Army Corp of Engineers Jacksonville District.
Future specification updates will be posted on the FDEM's LiDAR Page.
