Google to Assist in Hurricane Flood Threat Warnings
The National Hurricane Center has announced a new program to collaborate their storm surge data into a Google interface, presumably Google Maps, for concerned citizens to find out at what level they are at risk by typing in their home address.
The program should be available by June 1st, 2008 the start of this year's Atlantic hurricane season.
