Update for Florida Utility User Group to be held Thursday April 24th, 2008
The Florida Utility User Group will be held from 2pm - 4pm on Thursday - April 24th, 2008 at the Pompano Emergency Control Center located at 1201 NE 5th Avenue in Pompano Beach, FL.
The guest speakers will be Dominic M. Strollo II, GIS Administrator, and Sean McPartlin, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for Bonita Springs Utilities, Inc. They will deliver a presentation on the use of GIS at Bonita Springs Utilities.
Per the meeting agenda: "This will be a comprehensive study of the development and evolution of their GIS from CAD to ArcGIS, including the decision making process, where consultants were utilized, field deployment, GPS, integration with other applications, future considerations, etc."
