GIS Data Discovery Workshop to Be Held on July 15th, 2008 at the EOC in Tallahassee, FL

The Florida GIS Coordination Steering Committee has successfully produced a Strategic Plan for Statewide GIS Coordination. The committee continues as a volunteer group of GIS professionals striving to coordinate and support outreach activites which directly benefit the state GIS community.

This committee invites you to the following workshop hosted by the Florida Division of Emergency Management:

This data discovery workshop is intended for GIS professionals and Emergency Managers to share the latest on data development and distribution for emergency preparedness, response, and recovery.

There is no cost for this workshop, but registration is encouraged. There will be a break for lunch, which will be on your own.
