Treasure Coast GIS User Group Meeting to be Held July 31st, 2008 in Vero Beach, FL
We invite GIS users and interested individuals to the next meeting of the Treasure Coast GIS User Group, to be held at 2:30pm, Thursday, July 31st , 2008. This event will be held at the City of Vero Beach City Hall located at 1053 20th Place in Vero Beach, FL.
Our agenda is to announce the completed list of the Steering Committee and potential dates for an August Kick-off meeting for the Steering Committee among other items.
This month, we are fortunate enough to have three presentations. The presentations will be on: The Status of GIS at Indian River County by Will Rice; GIS Manager of Indian River County, Innovative Uses of Open Source GIS Tools by Allen Ibaugh of Data Transfer Solutions and Sergio Requena of Burns & McDonnell, and a Summary and Status of the Statewide GIS Strategic Plan Initiative.

There will also be a Poster Session again, so plan to bring something to show off! Please come prepared to discuss, share, and interact with fellow GIS users from your community. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
